Sweet and Spicy Nut Mix
This Sweet and Spicy Nut Mix is a perfect snack for cafes and caterers. Packed with flavor and energy, it's an easy-to-make treat that uses bulk nuts and dried fruits to keep costs low and profits high.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Almonds (Raw, unsalted)
- 2 lbs Cashews (Raw, unsalted)
- 1 lb Pecans (Raw, unsalted)
- 1 lb Craisins (Dried, sweetened)
- 1/2 cup Honey (For glaze)
- 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper (Adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp Salt (Coarse sea salt)
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon (For flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). (10 min)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almonds, cashews, and pecans.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey over low heat and stir in cayenne pepper, salt, and cinnamon until well mixed.
- Pour the honey mixture over the nuts and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the nut mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until nuts are golden and fragrant. (15 min)
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Once cooled, mix in the Craisins.
- Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
