Fig Nut Clusters with Apple Fruit Bars

Wholesome bite-sized clusters blending figs, nuts, and fruit bars for bulk-friendly service. Great as grab-and-go snacks.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rolled oats
  • 2 cups Mixed nuts (almonds and walnuts) (roughly 1 cup almonds, 1 cup walnuts)
  • 1 cups Turkish Dried Garland Figs (chopped)
  • 2 bars That'S It Apple Mango Fruit 1.2 Oz Bar (chopped)
  • 1 bar That'S It Apple And Pineapple Fruit Bar 1.2 Oz (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter (or almond butter for nut-free option)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries (optional) (adds tart sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, mixed nuts, chopped figs, and cranberries (if using).
  3. Stir in chopped That’S It bars, honey, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread mixture onto the prepared pan in an even layer. Press down firmly to compact.
  5. Bake 18–20 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool completely, then cut into 24 clusters. (18 min)
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or freeze for longer.
