Fig Nut Clusters with Apple Fruit Bars

Ingredients
- 4 cups Rolled oats
- 2 cups Mixed nuts (almonds and walnuts) (roughly 1 cup almonds, 1 cup walnuts)
- 1 cups Turkish Dried Garland Figs (chopped)
- 2 bars That'S It Apple Mango Fruit 1.2 Oz Bar (chopped)
- 1 bar That'S It Apple And Pineapple Fruit Bar 1.2 Oz (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter (or almond butter for nut-free option)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries (optional) (adds tart sweetness)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, mixed nuts, chopped figs, and cranberries (if using).
- Stir in chopped That’S It bars, honey, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread mixture onto the prepared pan in an even layer. Press down firmly to compact.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool completely, then cut into 24 clusters. (18 min)
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or freeze for longer.
